Adding insult to injury, a president in a perpetual state of disconnect with the job he was hired to do is on top of the outcome of basketball tournaments and improving his bowling score.
Obama is treating his presidency in the White House as taking his family on an extended Resort Vacation having the hired help make life altering decisions for the people of the country.
Personally, I think Geithner is an intelligent man realizing he’s stuck in solving the Nation’s financial woes while getting little input from the president in what direction he intends taking the country. Geithner is debilitatingly understaffed carrying the Nation’s problems with little help from seasoned economic advisers. His president is off on the Campaign Trail making nice with photographers, Jay Leno and the Chicago Bulls, as Geithner is left saddled with an impossible task even for a magician.
Obama is still in campaign mode. All his promises and idle chatter telling the people about the problems in Washington and with the country while on the Campaign Trail has never resulted in the “CHANGE” he incessantly talked about. CHANGE involves a PLAN… That seems to be where Obama has fallen short. He never mentioned exactly what HIS change scenario would involve and none of his supporters ever asked him: “WHAT’S THE PLAN?” I’m not referring the the general populus, I’m referring to the Kennedys, Kerry, all those in the know who said: “We’re sick of the Clintons”. WE WANT CHANGE!
My response to the Obama mantras of “CHANGE” was always: “The Clintons gave us 8 yrs of Peace and Prosperity.” which translates to millions of Jobs, growing the economy and NO WARS! We know who they are…. we know Senator Clinton has the capability of stewarding the country through the bad economic times. Secretary of State Clinton is changing the World with her diplomatic skills ONE Country at a time and she hasn’t been in Obama’s Cabinet as long as he’s been in office.
The Fact of the matter is: People are BROKE, SICK AND TIRED of OBAMA’S FAILED PROMISES and are showing their disgust TODAY MARCHING ON THE PENTAGON, Saturday, March 21, demanding an end to the WARS with other events scheduled for demonstrations against WALL STREET, set for April 3 and 4 in New York City.
