“Oh what tangled webs we weave–when first we practice to deceive”. . . In 1979, Soros established an organization called The Open Society Institute. The stated purpose of that organization is: “to build vibrant and tolerant democracies whose governments are accountable to their citizens. . . to shape public policies that assure greater fairness in political, legal and economic systems and safeguard fundamental rights . . . to implement a range of initiatives to advance justice, education, public health and independent media . . . to build alliances across borders and continents on issues such as corruption and freedom of information . . . to improve the lives of people in marginalized communities . . . etc.”(See: OSI Mission Statement)

You may wonder how a man like Soros who has no regrets about confiscating the personal effects of fellow Jews bound for Nazi death camps; no qualms about decimating the life savings of working class people through predatory currency speculation in Britain; and no reluctance to use shock therapy to loot eastern Europe, can turn on a dime and tell us that he is a philanthropist with a detached and disinterested generosity and an unquenchable desire to “promote justice, fight corruption and improve the lives of people in marginalized communities”, and then put $5 billion dollars where his mouth is. Most people would agree that this charitable impulse is more than a little suspect. (See: Contrarian View)

Why then does he do it?

The Gilded Age offers one possible answer. Andrew Carnegie made a fortune in the steel business along the Monongahela River and then wrote an essay called “The Gospel of Wealth”. The central premise was the wealthy entrepreneur must dispense his fortune in a socially beneficial way, and not allow it to be wasted on frivolous expenditure. (Wikipedia) To that end, Carnegie gave money to libraries and other socially worthwhile causes. However, there is no evidence that Carnegie ever sought to destroy the United States so he could construct a New World Order. Obviously, Soros is not Carnegie. In fact, he is the opposite.

To comprehend the true motive of a man like Soros, we must analyze the nature of the organizations he is funding. Then we must think about how they fit in an overall plan of creative destruction. The first subset consists of entities whwill through them. The second subset consists of entities which have a distinctly political purpose. They include radical left wing think tanks, law firms, academic groups, internet companies, media outlets, media watchdogs, bloggers and community activists. The operative question, then, is why does Soros fund these groups? Because he uses these organizations to subvert governments that will not play ball with his globalist agenda and replace them with ones that will. As Neil Clark put it, Soros used the Open Society Institute to weaken the existing political structures and pave the way for Eastern Europe’s eventual colonization by global capital.”

The Velvet Revolution in Georgia is the paradigmatic example. In 2003 Soros targeted Georgian President Eduard Shevardnadze for overthrow. Soros’ aim was the destruction of Russia as a world power. Eliminating Russian influence and replacing it with new regimes hostile to Russia was his goal. Soros had originally sought to control Shevardnadze, having met him in the 1980s when Saakashvili was Soviet foreign minister. Even then Soros was setting up his Open Society Institute in Georgia. In 2002 Shevardnadze made complaints against what he deemed Soros’ subversive activities. Soros responded that Shevardnadze could not be trusted to hold fair elections, and that he would mobilize his street lackeys, adding: “This is what we did in Slovakia at the time of Meciar, in Croatia at the time of Tudjman and in Yugoslavia at the time of Milosevic.”

The Soros’ Open Society Institute sent a 31-year-old Tbilisi activist named Giga Bokeria to Serbia to meet with members of the Otpor (Resistance) movement and learn how they used street demonstrations to topple dictator Slobodan Milosevic. Then, in the summer, Mr. Soros’s foundation paid for a return trip to Georgia by Otpor activists, who ran three-day courses teaching more than 1,000 students how to stage a peaceful revolution.” (Note: like Camp Obama perhaps?) Soros gave the anti-Shevardnadze movement a considerable nudge: He also funded a popular opposition television station that was crucial in mobilizing support for this week’s “velvet revolution,” and he reportedly gave financial support to a youth group that led the street protests.” The street protest eventually forced Shevardnadze to sign his resignation papers.

CHAPTER 4: THE SCORPION AND THE FROG

“Creative Destruction” is an economic theory which posits that companies who revolutionized and dominated industries lose their dominance over time as new players enter the market and introduce better products, more efficient methods and/or lower costs. (Capitalism, Socialism and Democracy: Schumpeter). The same can be said of nations. For example, the United States emerged from World War II as the production and consumption engine of the world. During the 1980s we lost our manufacturing sector to free trade policies and off-shoring to low cost countries. Eventually, that work migrated to China. Today, we are losing our consumption preeminence as well. The domestic consumption market in China is growing at over 20% per year. In our own hemisphere, Brazil and Venezuela are emerging as major sources of raw materials, production, and consumption.

Soros is mindful of this tectonic shift in the world economy. He wants to work his way into the new markets while maintaining a presence in the old ones. Since his specialty is hedging he has positioned himself on both sides of the transaction. On the one hand, he is betting on the rise of China, Brazil and Venezuela. His objective is to become a political and economic player in those countries. On the other hand he is betting on the decline of the United States. And now that he has his man in the White House, he is in a position to push policies which will expedite the process of creative destruction. His immediate goal is to make money. His ultimate goal is to establish a New World Order as discussed below.

Soros is supporting the economies of China, Brazil and Venezuela. His investment strategy tells the story: as of June 30, 2007, Soros manages $2.6 billion portfolio as of June 30, 2009. The breakdown by sector is: i) oil and gas: 49.3%, ii) consumer goods: 10.5%, iii) building materials: 10.4%, iv) financials: 6%, v) technology: 5.6%, vi) health care: 5.6% vii) utilities: 3.7%, vii) telecom: 1.9%, viii) consumer goods. The major stock holdings include four Brazilian oil companies (Baslierio, Petreloio, Petrolibrazil and S.A. Petrobras), TPX (domestic oil production), Extreme Networks (internet switching and load balancing), Preradata (intelligence gathering, warehousing and analyzing in 40 countries), Microsoft (software), Francetelecon (4^th largest telecom in world), Teekay Tankers (oil transportation), Time-Warner (media: CNN, AOL, Time Magazine), Focus Media (largest advertising network in China). In the case of Brazil, Obama has given him a two billion dollar loan for his oil exploration activities, and Blue States Digital is working for one of the political candidates in that election. Soros is undermining the economy of the United States in various ways. For example, he is betting against the dollar, recommending that it be replaced as the world reserve currency, and preaching a gloomy future for our economy. At the same time, he is pushing Obama to pursue policies which are suicidal to the nation, in a time of economic distress. The net effect has been to triple the deficit. This has caused China to stop buying U.S. Treasury Bills, and the dollar to lose 17% of its value since Obama took office.

Moreover, Soros advocates policies which will destroy our identity and vitality as a nation. For example, you cannot have open immigration on the one hand and safety nets on the other without bankrupting the country—yet Soros proposes both. You cannot have a sovereign nation, and fund an organization like La Raza which advocates a break-up of the United States—yet Soros does this. But if your goal is to eliminate borders, erase a national identity and create a North American Union then those positions are not inconsistent. Likewise, if you want a strong economy then you must produce goods and services. But if you force entire industries off shore by funding radical environmentalism as Soros does and must therefore import what you need, then you will become dependent on other nations for your survival and you will have massive unemployment. “Shortly after Soros invested heavily in Brazilian Oil (Petrobas) Obama promised 10 billion of our tax dollars to Brazil so they could expand their offshore oil fields. Now that may be a windfall for Soros and Brazil, but it is a bad deal for the U.S. The American Petroleum Institute estimates that oil exploration in the U.S. could create 160,000 new, well-paying jobs, as well as $1.7 trillion in revenues to federal, state, and local governments, all while fostering greater energy security. How could a man like Soros who left the devastation post-war Europe, came to the safety and security of the United States and was able to make a fortune here ever turn on America? The answer lies in the parable of the scorpion and the frog: the scorpion asked the frog for a ride across the pond. The frog refused because the scorpion might sting him. The scorpion assured the frog that he would never do that because they would both drown. Finally, the frog relented and let the scorpion ride across the pond on his back. Half way across, the scorpion stung the frog. As they both sunk to the bottom, the frog asked the scorpion “Why did you kill me?” The scorpion replied “Because it is in my nature”.

CHAPTER 3: SHOCK DOCTRINE FOR DUMMIES

In the Hindu trinity there is the god Brahma who is the Creator, the god Vishnu who is the Preserver and the god Rudra who is the destroyer of worlds. Like Rudra, George Soros is The Destroyer of Worlds.

When the Soviet Union collapsed under a mountain of debt in the late 1980s, uncertainty ensued. A scholar named Francis Fukuyama published a book called “The End of History”. That book argued that ideological conflict was passé and the future belonged to markets. That argument seemed naïve to me, given what we had witnessed in Iran at the beginning of that decade. Nevertheless, the book was important for an entirely different reason, which I failed to appreciate at the time: fundamentally, it was a call to arms for the economic elites in the western world to abandon the old east-west paradigm and move aggressively toward a global economic model, which offered global capitalists lower costs of production and vast new markets which could be linked through supply chain strategies.

More recently, author Naomi Klein wrote a revealing book called “Shock Doctrine”. This book describes in detail the principal vehicle used by the elites to impose the global model on targeted countries: “The first step is to create or exploit a crisis to advance an agenda which could not survive the democratic process in normal times”. .(Note: that is what Obama’s Chief of Staff Rham Emanuel meant when he said: “Never let a good crisis go to waste”). “The second step is to establish a new government in which multi-national corporations and political elites serve their own interests at the expense of the public.” (Note: the paradigmatic example of this is Chicago, and the Daley machine that gave us Obama. This is well documented by the Chicago Tribune’s fine investigative reporter John Kass.)

Soros is no stranger to shock doctrine methods. He introduced them first in Poland. He forged a relationship with the Solidarity Movement and helped them bring down the communist government. He brought in his cronies for the ostensible purpose of moving the country from communism to a free market economy. Fundamentally, this meant a transition from state ownership to private ownership of large segments of the economy. To those with money it was a “buying opportunity”. Thus, Soros and his cronies purchased former state enterprises debt free and acquired resources at bargain basement prices. Many people lost their jobs as a result of this privatization. Soros was indifferent to their fate. He admits that he knew that his shock therapy would cause huge unemployment, closing of factories and social unrest. To him it did not matter.

He introduced shock therapy again in Russia. The result was chaos and hyperinflation. The Yeltsin government imposed draconian cuts in state spending to industry and agriculture while the economy was still state owned. A goal of zero budget deficits in three months was announced. Credit to industry ended, businesses piled up debts and inflation went out of control. Meanwhile Soros associates moved in with hard currency and cornered the market on cheaply priced resources like aluminum and oil. These predations by Soros caused great suffering in Russia, and ill will toward the United States. (Note: this is why Putin turns a cold shoulder to his man Obama. Finally, Soros was an active participant in the efforts of British and American intelligence organizations to topple communist regimes in Yugoslavia (The Colors Revolution), Georgia (The Rose Revolution) and Ukraine (The Orange Revolution). Again, the mantra was to bring the fruits of democracy and the free market economy to former Soviet vassal states. Once again shock doctrine methods were deployed and they brought instability, violence and economic despair. The Russian Mafia filled the vacuum–Don Symon– Capo di tutti capi. The last three cases are instructive for our purposes because new methods were used to topple those regimes and install governments who would play ball with Soros. Those methods were based on the tactics of Professor Gene Sharp, Chicago radical Saul Alinsky, and Italian communist Antonio Gramsci (The Prison Diaries).

The common elements were as follows:

I) a charismatic leader,

II) a cult movement,

III) the conspicuous use of young people,

IV) a three word message,

V) mind numbing chants,

VI) symbols of change,

VII) flash mobs,

VIII) media support, and

IX) the entry of Soros agents into the new regime.

(N.B. these methods have been given the euphemistic name “The Velvet Revolution”—or bloodless revolution. Soros would use them later in the Obama presidential campaign.)

(Note: No discussion of the Soros role in shock doctrine policy would be complete without some mention of Zbignew Brzezinski. Brzezinski was National Security Advisor under Carter, was active in the liberation of his native Poland, and actively promoted Islamic Fundamentalism in the Asian Republics to bring down Soviet Union. Now of course we are living with the consequences of his policies. Today, he is a Professor at Johns Hopkins, and was an active supporter of Obama during the campaign. However, Dennis Ross tells us that Brzezinski is not an advisor to the Administration. I accept that as true, based on the respect I have for Ross, Brzezinski’s known hostility toward Israel and the adverse impact his presence would have on the peace process.)

Could Brzezinski exert indirect influence with Obama through the Soros portal? I think the answer is yes. The reason I say that is because Brzezinski is now predicting that Obama will fail if he does not keep his promises to the Muslim World. That same message could be communicated through Soros at the point of decision. What we can say for sure is this: Soros and Brzezinski are personal friends, served together on the Council of Foreign Relations and had a common interest in the destruction of the Soviet Union. Brzezinski is not only a practitioner of shock doctrine, but an eager architect of it and a perfect soul mate for Soros.

CHAPTER 2: MARKET MANIPULATION MADE EASY

George Soros (Gyorgy Schwartz) was born in Hungary on August 12, 1930. He is a secular Jew and he grew up during Nazi Occupation. At the age of 14 he was employed to confiscate the personal effects of Jews who were loaded in box cars and sent to death camps. What a young man does in wartime to survive is between him and his conscience. What he says about it years later as an adult tells you a lot about his character. Soros appeared on Sixty Minutes on 2/20/92. Steve Croft showed him a film clip of Jews being herded into the box cars by Nazis and asked how he feels today as a fellow Jew about his role in that tragedy. Whereupon Soros told an incredulous Croft that he felt no remorse and went on to explain that this is the same way markets work—he was a winner and they were simply the losers.

Two years after the War, Soros left Hungary and wandered through Europe as the Marshall Plan took shape. There is evidence that he was recruited by the British Secret Service, and if that is true then the similarity between him and Sidney Reilly (Ace of Spies) would be striking to say the least. He enrolled in the London School of Economics which was a Fabian socialist institution at the time. He studied under Karl Popper who preached about the virtues of an open society, and advocated among other things social engineering. In 1956, he came to the United States and became a citizen. He worked for a bank which was part of the Rothschild Empire, and there is evidence that he is still their agent. (Note: Baron Rothschild made his fortune speculating on the outcome of the Napoleonic War, with inside information and the hit and run tactic.)

In 1996, an article appeared in The Investigative Executive Intelligence Review which identified who some of those investors were as of that date. Among them were Richard Katz (Rothschild & Sons Bank), Nils Tabor (James Capital Investment—Lord Jacob Rothschild), James Goldman (Rothschild’s cousin), Lord William Rees-Mogg (former editor of the Times of London, Vice Chairman of the British Broadcasting Company). All of those people belong to the ultra-conservative Club of Isles Thatcher wing of the Tory party— who still believe in economic colonialism and long for an Empire on which the sun never sets.

Other known members of the Quantum Fund were European Bank officials from firms with drug connections. One of them was Edgar De Piccota of the Union Banque Privee. Three employees of his bank were charged with leading a multimillion dollar money laundering ring for Columbian cocaine and Turkish heroin. De Piccotta is also a business partner of Carlo De Benedetti who was charged with triggering the collapse of Banco Ambrosiano whose president was found hung at Black Friars Bridge in London in what police described as a Masonic ritual killing. Member Alberto Foglia is head of the Banca Del Ceresia in the town of Lugano. That town is across the Swiss border from Milan and is the banking haven for the Italian Mafia, and drug money laundering. (Note: that was 15 years ago. By now, some of those players may be gone. But the fact that they were there once and may still be there today proves that these are the kind of people Soros associates with. Their bona fides are questionable to say the least.)

The Quantum Fund is registered in the Netherlands Antilles to avoid taxes, maintain confidentiality of its members and investment objectives. The Netherlands Antilles has been repeatedly cited as a center for the laundering of the illegal proceeds of the Latin American cocaine trade. Hedge funds are a known vehicle for such activities. Whether the Quantum Fund dabbles in drugs is not known. However, Soros is a major advocate for the legalization of marijuana.

The Quantum Fund is a hedge fund. The fund manager, e.g. Soros, looks at a particular security (stock, commodity or currency) and decides whether it will go up or down during a short period. If the fund manager believes that the price of that security will go up, then he will purchase the security, sell it later at the higher price and make a profit. This is called “going long”. Conversely, if the fund manager believes the price of that security will go down, he will borrow the stock from a third party, sell it at the high price, repurchase the identical stock at the lower price, tender it to the buyer and make a profit. This is called selling short. “Today, if hedge funds shout fire in a crowded theatre, they can create a panic and then amuse themselves later by looting the dead bodies of those caught in the crush. A wall of money can make things happen.” (Mick Brooks).

Soros is the largest currency trader in the world and he is known to manipulate markets in three generic ways. First, Soros never makes a market move without inside information according to those who do business with him. This has been confirmed by the insider trading fine which was levied against him in France, which he subsequently paid. Second, Soros uses organizations he controls through OSI to drive down stock prices of publicly held companies so he can buy low and sell high. For example, he used Move-On.org to attack Halliburton for precisely that reason. Third, Soros uses the “hit and run” tactic invented by the Baron himself (supra) to destroy a market where he has power. He makes a showing of buying a particular stock, others think he knows something and follow suit. The market goes up and a bubble forms. He quietly liquidates his holdings through confederates and takes a substantial profit. He leaves behind is a collapsed market and ruined investors.

In 1992, Soros masterminded the European Market Crash when he shorted $10 billion worth of sterling, and forced the British government to spend £12 billion in an attempt to prop-up the rapidly devaluing currency. This wiped out the savings of working class people. Also it earned him the moniker of “The Man Who Broke the Bank of England”. The catastrophe he generated then spread to Germany which raised interest rates and to Italy where the lira was sharply devalued. Whereupon, Soros bragged “I made a billion as the pound crashed”. In 1997, Soros initiated the Asian Market Crash when he short sold Thai currency. This created a domino effect that swept throughout Asia, leaving Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia and South Korea no choice but to float their currencies. Corporate profits in Thailand dropped 60% and growth rates fell to zero. For this skullduggery the Thai press branded Soros “an economic war criminal who sucks the blood of ordinary people”. (WSJ). A friend of mine who is politically astute told me that George Soros is “the godfather” of Mr. Obama and is using him as a tool to destroy our Constitution, turn us into a socialist country and establish a New World Order (NWO).

When I heard that allegation for the first time, I was as skeptical as you probably are hearing it now. How could one man do all this? What about Goldman Sachs, General Electric, the Chicago Machine etc.? There are legal checks and balances, are there not? The proposition was beyond the pale. Or so I thought.

But then I remembered something Walter Cronkite said shortly before his death: “There is an elite class in this country comprised of the heads of finance and commerce who so manipulate democracy that they control democracy”. Suddenly, the proposition seemed more plausible than it did before.

Then I reflected on the government takeover of our economy which has been initiated during the past nine months, from the taxpayer bailout of banks, to the stimulus plan, to GM, to cap and trade, to government health care, to G-20, to his shadow army of Czars, to Emanuel’s chutzpa “never let a good crisis go to waste”.

As I dug deeper, I began to realize that each of those initiatives is favored and indeed advocated by one man—George Soros. Soros is a left wing billionaire, the agent of certain Anglo-European banking interests, the largest currency trader in the world, and the de facto head of the New Democratic Party.

I discovered that Soros operates through two (2) principal organizations. One of them is the Quantum Fund. It is a hedge fund through which he is able to control currency markets. He is responsible for the European crash of 1992, and the Asian crisis of 1997. He is known as “The Man Who Broke the Bank of England”.

His other organization is the Open Society Institute. It purports to be charitable enterprise, but is in fact a politically subversive one. It is a network of radical left wing think tanks, media outlets, and community organizing groups. The OSI does business in fifty-one (51) countries. It has been used to topple regimes.

Soros utilized “shock doctrine” methods to bring down standing governments in Poland, Yugoslavia, Russia, Georgia, Ukraine, and install new ones who would support his globalist agenda. He ravaged their economies in the process.

The overthrow of Edward Shevardnadze in Georgia is a paradigmatic example.

Soros developed a unique set of tactics to subvert those governments. He leveraged the power of the internet, media, training centers, youth groups, chants, mass movement tactics, cult propaganda and a wall of money to secure the desired result. Those tactics proved successful for Soros in each case.

Thereafter, Soros imported those methods into to the United States in a secret document called The Dean Plan. That document called for a charismatic leader who could inspire a mass movement, and advance a globalist agenda. Soros found those traits in a man named Barack Obama—scion of Reverend Wright.

Soros original plan was to take over the Presidency in 2004 but it did not happen. Therefore, he selected Obama, met with him several times, introduced him to his money men and helped plan the campaign. He set up internet capability through Blue State Digital. He test marketed Obama through the Deval Patrick campaign.

Soros took over the Democratic Party. He set up a “Shadow Party” of left wing issue advocacy groups, engineered a change in campaign finance law, diverted $300 million dollars in donations from the Democratic Party and used them to finance left wing candidates. That gave him de facto control over the Party.

Soros implemented the Dean Plan in the 2008 Democratic Primary. He showed the Obama campaign how to co-opt the media and exploit its pathological hatred for Hillary Clinton. Also, he invested in their parent companies. I fully expect that Soros views them in the same terms Lenin did–useful idiots.

If you study the primary you will see the hand of Soros at every turn, from his ACORN and SEIU thugs, to the 2000 complaints of voter fraud & intimidation, to the takeover of the Democratic National Committee, to the admission that Obama was pre-selected, to the disenfranchisement of voters by the Rules and Bylaws Committee, to the tidal wave of untraceable money.

The General Election was simply more of the same. I tried to alert the other party to what had occurred in the primary, and the resulting threat to our nation. But they were unresponsive until the third debate. Thereafter, the stock market crashed, Obama was elected and Soros became the power behind the throne.

Today, many Americans have become extremely apprehensive about Obama and where he is taking the country. But the false charge of racism has bludgeoned them into silence. Others continue to drink the Kool-Aid or are too intoxicated on the hatred of Bush to comprehend the truth about Obama.

Frankly, that is not what we need in a democracy. This is not about one party or the other. This is about the survival of our nation. It is about the freedom, liberty, and security. The media made a Faustian Pact to worship Obama and destroy his opponents. As a result, Obama supporters became more cult-like and fanatical.

Obama is advancing the Soros Agenda at the expense of the American People. His domestic policies will create “inextinguishable debt”. But his international policies are worse. Soros has stated that our nation is the “obstacle” to a just world order. Therefore, he is determined to “burst the bubble of American supremacy”.

The overarching goal of Soros is to undermine our Constitution, move us to world government and redistribute our wealth—through “creative destruction”. If you think I am kidding, consider his latest statement: “global markets require global regulation but current regulation is rooted in the concept of sovereignty.”

That statement seems innocent enough on its face. After all we live in an interconnected world, and certain threats such as terrorism, nuclear proliferation, financial collapse, etc. transcend national borders. But that does not mean we must surrender our sovereignty to a Bevy of Platonic guardians as he maintains.

Nevertheless, that is the direction we are headed. It will be done through treaties and dilution of the 2/3 ratification requirement. At G-20, Obama surrendered our financial sovereignty, at Copenhagen he will agree to pay up to 2% of our GDP for environmental debt and he will attack our middle class with a consumption tax.

At the same time, Soros is pushing for the destruction of the dollar. He claims that China and Brazil will be the “new engine of the world economy”, and the United States will be its “drag”. He wants to remove the dollar as the world reserve currency and substitute an international currency (SDRs) of his design.

Unfortunately, the Soros Agenda does not end with the establishment of world government, and the looting of the middle class. There is a social dimension to it as well. In the broadest sense it is a new manifesto of the old gospel of the radical left, tied to the survival of the planet. The intimate details of this are closely held.

If you still skeptical that one man could do all this then you are right in this sense. Goldman and others provided financial support for the Obama campaign, General Electric and others provided operational support through their journalistic lackeys at NBC and MSNBC. World bureaucrats like Maurice Strong are also implicated.

But Soros is the Godfather of Obama. No one else had a tried and true turnkey operation for regime change. No one else pursued a ten (10) step strategy to put Obama in the White House. How else could a man with a hidden past and no real accomplishments rise to the pinnacle of power so quickly? Think about it. But now that Obama has been installed as President it is payback time. Obama is obligated to pursue the Soros Agenda. After all, that is what he is there for.

Caveat: The Tea Parties were extremely effective in shutting down the initial attempt by Obama, Reid, Pelosi to take over 1/6 of the economy. The negative reception which Congressional Democrats received when the White House sent them home to deliver vague talking points forced them to retreat. The two million Americans who marched on the Capitol made them think twice about 2010.

But George Soros is a patient man. Notice how the Democrats who were cowering in August are back again in full strength. They are now telling us that the polls say 57% of Americans want a public option. That is of course a lie–if the question reflects the actual cost. There are other ways to cover the uninsured. What Soros and Obama are after is a government take-over of 1/6 of the economy.

I have tried my best to determine what is credible and present it to you in a coherent framework. At this point, my motive is neither partisan nor mercenary. I simply want this country to survive and prosper again)

With massively failed economic policies, high unemployment, attempts to destroy the best health care in the world, and an absolute inability to perform as Commander-in-Chief to the nation’s armed forces, Barack Obama is seeing an historic slide in his approval ratings.

Both Rasmussen and Gallup have polls out this week showing that Barack Obama has lost favor with the American people.

Gallup sums it up like ” this

“Gallup Daily tracking that spans Barack Obama’s third quarter in office (July 20 through Oct. 19), the president averaged a 53% job approval rating. That is down sharply from his prior quarterly averages, which were both above 60%.

“The 9-point drop in the most recent quarter is the largest Gallup has ever measured for an elected president between the second and third quarters of his term, dating back to 1953. One president who was not elected to his first term — Harry Truman — had a 13-point drop between his second and third quarters in office in 1945 and 1946.

“More generally, Obama’s 9-point slide between quarters ranks as one of the steepest for a president at any point in his first year in office. The highest is Truman’s 19-point drop between his third and fourth quarters, followed by a 15-point drop for Gerald Ford between his first and second quarters. The largest for an elected president in his first year is Bill Clinton’s 11-point slide between his first and second quarters.

“…His (Obama’s) average now ranks near the bottom for ALL presidents…

at similar points in their presidencies.” Only Clinton had a lower third-quarter average among elected presidents. (Gerald Ford averaged 39% during his third quarter in office, in 1975.)

“Obama’s 53% third-quarter average is substandard from a broader historical perspective that encompasses all 255 presidential quarters for which Gallup has data going back to 1945. On this basis, Obama’s most recent average ranks 144th, or in the 44th percentile, clearly below average not just for presidents’ third quarters but for all presidents.”

These are not the numbers of a President who is looking at the realistic chance of a second term. It is of some note that Bill Clinton had even poorer numbers in his first term, and went on to not only become re-elected, but to end up as a rather popular President, even respected in many circles.

President Clinton had two things that saved his presidency. One, he tried so hard to appease his left wing base that Americans voted in the first Republican majority in Congress in over 40 years. As conservatives took office, a sweeping agenda of conservative initiatives were enacted, such as balancing the budget, welfare reform, and a host of other programs popular with Americans. Clinton, of course, got credit for these conservative Republican programs.

More importantly though, Bill Clinton had Dick Morris, his adviser, telling him to move to the center, smile a lot, and sign whatever the conservative Republican Congress sent him! In other words, go with the flow, and enjoy the ride! This was great advice, and of course, it worked!

Barack Obama does not have that luxury. Oh, there is no doubt that the democrat/communist party will most likely lose control of Congress in 2010. If the tell tail signs are correct, it could be a serious thrashing for the democrat/communists.

“Al Qaeda is a kind of CIA Arab legion created during the Soviet presence in Afghanistan,” believes author Webster Tarpley.
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has accused the West of being behind the bombings which killed leaders of the Revolutionary Guard. Many people say the allegations are shocking.

The group that claimed responsibility for the attacks is a Sunni separatist group called Jundallah, or Soldiers of God. Reports say they have links to Al Qaeda. How in the world could the US be linked to them? Tarpley doesn’t regard it confusing.

“Al Qaeda itself is a kind of CIA Arab legion created during the Soviet presence in Afghanistan,” he said. “It is an open secret to any regional expert: the Jundallah is controlled and funded by the US and the British.”
